Unlock Summer Fun with Chambers Escape Games

Summer is officially here, and we have the key to unlocking summer fun – take a quick vacation from reality and escape to a whole new world at Chambers Escape Games! Since opening in Kaka’ako in 2019, Chambers Escape Games unlocked a new way to experience a traditional escape room through their virtual reality escape room games. Their popularity among locals and visitors has earned them national recognition as the number one rated escape room in the United States by customer reviews on Yelp, Google and TripAdvisor.

Chambers Escape Games is also known for offering a unique, third generation, live-action escape room – unlike any escape room in Hawaii – that features high-tech interactive puzzles in an immersive and cinematic environment. Want to test your skills? We have the first clues that will help you plan your escape from their popular live-action escape room, The Temple

  • Divide and conquer: At the beginning of the game, split the room into sections and assign each person to comb through their section, looking for important objects and markings. This helps to ensure that the room is thoroughly inspected and to avoid overlooking certain areas.
  • Communication is key: Make sure you’re always communicating clearly with your teammates and not keeping any clues or information to yourself.
  • Try everything: Don’t be afraid to try something new, even if it seems a little whacky. Unless the lock is some sort of “lockout” safe, attempt combination solutions whenever you have a plausible answer. This will give you quick feedback on if you’re going in the right direction.
  • Create a discard pile: Hints, locks, and keys can only be used once. So, create a discard pile where all your used items can go. This will stop teammates from fixating on problems that have already been solved.
