Yabba dabba doo! @stripsteakhi is now using Newport Beef in their new steak program. They explained the different cuts & aging, then we got to taste the difference with their Kagoshima A5 wagyu, 35-day dry-aged KC strip, and wet-aged ribeye as examples. I think @joebock ate half the board. Lol. #melissa808irl
